After the reset cutting master 3 is having trouble syncing. I am having the same issue.

Unfortunately, Refine cutters are not supported in any version of DrawCut. I have to turn the Graphtec CE off and on to get it to stop flashing and displaying the Y-position alarm. Turns out it was a bent push roller sensor. I found a metal tab on one end that slides between sensor, but nothing on the other?


It measures the distance between the rollers. Somehow I bent one of the metal plates that it sense at each end and it started crashing into the end.

Which model is supported?

I thing there is a solution to most problems. All the best, the DrawCut team.

Graphtec Ce2800-60 Cutter

We can absolutely understand, that you are annoyed by Artcut — so are we and many others. Y-Position alarm is when the carriage gets stuck – for instance vinyl gets jammed as the carriage is trying to move, happens to me when I cut scrap that has been folded. But I cannot setup the cutter plotter proberly in Drawcut: Can anyone tell me where the sensor is?
